Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to analytics engagements contracted with Acaciaway Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acaciaway"). Our services are custom professional work—not downloadable products or subscriptions.

1. Deposit and Cancellation Before Work Begins

Engagements require a 50% deposit upon scope confirmation. If you cancel before we begin data processing (typically within five business days of deposit receipt and before the kickoff session), we refund the deposit minus any documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once kickoff has occurred or data processing has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable. You may cancel remaining work by written notice. We invoice only for hours and deliverables completed to the cancellation date, deducted from amounts already paid.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund of fees paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be issued if:

• We fail to deliver agreed draft deliverables within the timeline specified in your scope memo, and the delay is solely attributable to Acaciaway
• We terminate the engagement without cause before delivery

4. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may apply when:

• Agreed deliverables are materially incomplete and cannot be remedied within a reasonable correction period
• You cancel after partial delivery—you receive credit for undelivered portions as described in Section 2

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Work already delivered and accepted at draft or final stage
• On-site travel expenses incurred (flights, accommodation, local transport)
• Rush surcharges for expedited timelines once work has commenced
• Deposits after kickoff or data processing has begun

6. Rescheduling

Kickoff sessions and presentation dates may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least ten business days in advance. Subsequent rescheduling or cancellations within ten business days of a scheduled on-site visit may incur a rescheduling fee of KRW 500,000 to cover allocated staff time and non-recoverable travel bookings.

7. No-Shows

If your team fails to attend a scheduled kickoff or presentation without notice, we will offer one rescheduled session. A second no-show is treated as delivered for that milestone and is non-refundable.

8. Data Delays on Client Side

Project timeline extensions caused by late or incomplete data from your team do not qualify for refunds. If a review date passes because data was not provided, we will deliver materials on a best-effort revised schedule without refund obligation.

9. Correction of Errors

Documented calculation or chart errors attributable to Acaciaway are corrected at no charge within thirty days of final delivery. Error correction is not grounds for refund if corrected deliverables meet the agreed scope.

10. Refund Process

Submit refund requests to info@page-acaciaway.click with your company name, engagement reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within fifteen business days. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original payer within ten business days of approval.

11. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, contact us to discuss resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service.
