All fees are quoted in KRW before work begins. We do not charge recurring subscriptions—each engagement is scoped and invoiced separately.

What affects your quote
- Data cleanliness — Exports with inconsistent supplier codes or missing receipt dates require additional normalization hours.
- Metric count — Standard scorecards include four metrics. Adding custom KPIs (e.g., packaging compliance, EDI error rate) adds 10–15% to the base fee.
- Turnaround — Cycles shorter than five weeks incur a rush surcharge of 20%.
- Repeat cycles — Second and subsequent annual cycles for the same supplier set typically cost 15–25% less because field mappings are already established.
Payment terms
50% deposit upon scope confirmation, 50% upon final delivery. Invoices are issued in KRW with VAT where applicable. We accept bank transfer to our Korean business account.
