4. Legal Basis
We process contact form data based on your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request. Client project data is processed to perform our contract with you. We process certain records to comply with Korean commercial and tax law.
5. Retention
- Contact form inquiries: 24 months after last communication, unless an engagement begins
- Client project data: duration of engagement plus 36 months, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies
- Financial records: 5 years per Korean tax requirements

6. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

9. Security
We restrict access to client data to assigned project staff, use encrypted transmission for email where feasible, and store working files on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
