Official registered business

Acaciaway Analytics Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Iksan, Jeollabuk-do. We are registered with the Republic of Korea tax authorities and operate from our office at Ryu Hyunseok, 69 Iksan-ro 8-gil, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do 54500, REP. OF KOREA.

How we started

Founder Ryu Hyunseok spent eight years as a procurement analyst at a Jeonbuk automotive parts manufacturer. Quarterly supplier reviews meant rebuilding the same charts from SAP extracts every three months. Colleagues in other plants asked for copies of his templates. Acaciaway began as a side practice preparing scorecards for two neighbouring factories; by 2018 it became the firm's sole focus.

We deliberately stayed small. Four analysts, one data technician, and no product development team. Every engagement is staffed by someone who has sat in a supplier review and knows which columns buyers actually look at.

What we believe

Vendor analytics should reduce meeting time, not add another portal login. Your ERP already holds the transactions. Our job is to pull the right fields, apply consistent thresholds, and write the summary paragraph your category manager needs before walking into the room.

Our team

Three principles we apply to every engagement

01

Use your definitions

We adopt your OTIF rules, defect classifications, and supplier groupings. We do not impose a generic framework that conflicts with how your plant already measures performance.

02

Show the exceptions

Averages hide the PO that arrived six weeks late and shut down a line. Every scorecard includes an exception appendix with the largest incidents and your team's recorded root causes.

03

Deliver on review dates

We schedule backward from your committee calendar. If data arrives late, we tell you immediately which chart sections will be affected rather than quietly slipping the deadline.
